About Myself...

I was born on Hornby Island, B.C., in 1949. Sculpting has been an interest since childhood. I continued my interest in sculpture at the Chenard's Institute of the the Arts on a scholarship. Unfortunately, jobs were hard to find and so I took up commercial fishing.

Twenty-five uninspiring years later as I watched a friend sculpt, I realized I wanted to begin sculpting again. Before I knew it I had started my own business...and have never looked back.

I concentrate on the humorous and whimsical and try to make my sculptures sing. These creatures inspire me to continually create and I am sure they will many years from now.
